Amizette Inn has a 30 day cancellation policy. If we recieve less than 30 days notice of cancellation, we will retain your deposit for use at a future date. If we recieve more than 30 days notice, the deposit is refundable, less a $30 cancellation fee. For one night stays, payment in full is required upon booking, and is non refundable. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the full reservation. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a cooked to order breakfast from our menu. The rates do not include tax of 13.8%. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking, balance due upon arrival.
