Cancellation Policy

Amizette Inn has a 20 day cancellation policy. If we receive less than 20 days notice of cancellation, the deposit is non refundable. If we receive more than 20 days notice, the deposit is refundable, less a $30 cancellation fee. For one night stays, payment in full is required upon booking, and is non refundable. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the full reservation. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a cooked to order breakfast from our menu. The rates do not include tax of 13.9%, rates including tax are calculated below. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking, balance due upon arrival.

All Rates reflect single or double occupancy. Add $20 per night per extra person for more than double occupancy, up to 4 persons, or 5 in rooms 2 and 8. Children 7 yrs. and younger no charge.
