Deposit

For one night stay, payment in full is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.  For two or more nights stay, 50% deposit is due at time of booking; balance is due upon arrival.

Late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full reservation amount.
Room Rates do not include tax of 14.25%.  All major credit cards are accepted, excluding American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Amizette Inn has a 20 day cancellation policy. If we receive less than 20 days notice of cancellation, the deposit is non refundable. If more than 20 days notice is received, the deposit is refundable, less a $30 cancellation fee. For one night stays, payment in full is required upon booking, and is non refundable.

Traveling with Children

Dorm rooms — Children are not allowed in the Dorm rooms, in general.
Private rooms — Up to 2 children age 7 and younger are permitted in parent’s 2 queen rooms (#5, #6, and #8) at no additional charge. Does not include roll-away bed.

Terms

The property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. It will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room and any areas inside and outside of Hotel.  This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.
